Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free gives you a store website, unlimited products and vendors, in-world checkout and 30-day analytics. Premium adds your own domain, full analytics history and more from L$99 a week.
How do I pay for Premium?
In L$, in-world, at a veedo terminal. Pick how long: L$99 for a week, L$249 for 30 days, L$649 for 90 days or L$1,999 for a year. Each payment adds that time to your store, so you can top up whenever you like. Got a promo code? Redeem it in Plan & billing.
Do shoppers pay on the website?
No. Buying stays in-world. Every button teleports shoppers to your store, where they pay your vendor in L$.
Does veedo work with CasperVend and mdVendor?
Yes. Keep the vendors you run today and bring their sales into your veedo dashboard, alongside your Marketplace sales, so analytics and customers cover everything.
Can I use my own domain?
Premium connects your own domain, and veedo checks your DNS before switching it on. Every store also gets its own veedo link, /s/your-store, which goes live when you publish.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You build your site by dragging sections onto the page and typing into them. Custom CSS and HTML are there if you want them, but you never have to touch them.
Can I switch themes without losing my content?
Yes, anytime. Your pages, sections and products stay put when you switch. Pick from 41 free themes, including six designer looks with matching starter templates, and the marketplace has community themes and full setups to try.
Can I upload my own logo and images?
Yes. Drag and drop or click to upload your logo, favicon, redelivery header and any image on your site, in PNG, JPEG, GIF or WebP up to 4 MB. You can also paste a link or a Second Life texture UUID.
How many fonts can I use?
290, across sans, serif, display, handwriting and mono styles: 29 hosted by veedo plus 261 from Google Fonts. Your store only downloads the fonts it uses, so pages stay fast.
Do the buy buttons work with every theme?
Every theme's buttons teleport shoppers to your vendor in-world, with gift, demo and redelivery built in. Designer themes add touches for what you sell, like live gacha odds and rarity, shade swatches, a drop log, or land impact and footprint for homes.
Do I need land in Second Life?
Your delivery server needs somewhere to stay rezzed: land you own or rent, or a friend's parcel with permission. Vendors can go anywhere you're allowed to rez, like events and partner stores.
What happens if I go offline?
Nothing changes for shoppers. Vendors keep selling and your delivery server keeps delivering, including gifts and redeliveries, while you're away.
How do you keep my account safe?
Turn on two-step sign-in for your team, and owners and managers confirm password sign-ins with a code sent to their avatar. From Settings you can also request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account.
What can I sell?
Anything you sell in Second Life: apparel, makeup, poses, homes, gacha and more.
